RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At MuroArt, each piece is carefully hand-painted by our artists. We strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase, and we are here to assist if anything does not meet expectations.

30-DAY RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • If the return is due to an issue on our side (such as damage, loss, or other related problems), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is based on personal preference or any reason not related to our responsibility, the return shipping cost will need to be covered by the customer.

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR ORDER ISSUES

If your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, we sincerely apologize.

Please reach out to info@muroart.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the artwork and outer packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund based on the situation.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return:

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery;
  • The artwork must remain in its original condition;
  • The item should be returned in suitable packaging (original packaging is highly recommended).

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Once your return is approved, the item should be shipped back within 14 days;
It is recommended to keep photos of the packaging and shipment for reference or insurance purposes.

REFUND PROCESS

After the returned artwork is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days;
  • PayPal / Shop Pay transactions may take up to 3 business days to reflect;
  • Credit card refunds typically take 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.
